The present invention refers to an aerosol device constituted by a container containing an aerosol composition constituted of a part by a liquid phase (or juice) containing at least a binding material in an appropriate dissolvent and on the other hand a propeller and a distribution means of said aerosol composition having a binding material a vitreous transition temperature (Tg) superior or equal to 30°C and the device being appropriate for obtaining a dry material flow comprising between approximately 4 and 17 mg/s and a moistening power superior or equal to 50 mg/s. It is equally referred to a treatment process of keratin fibers wherein it is applied on said fibers a composition comprising a binding material having a vitreous transition temperature (Tg) superior or equal to 30°C by means of an appropriate device for obtaining a dry material flow comprising between approximately 4 and 17 mg/s and a moistening power superior or equal to 50 mg/s.
