The invention refers to an oral solution, therapeutically useful as an immunosupressor agent containing Ciclosporine A as active substance which has as one of its main characteristics an adequate absorption by oral means. The invention also refers to the process for the preparation of the oral solution containing the Ciclosporine A in oral solution and to the design of the device for its dosage. The solution according to the invention comprises a part of Ciclosporine A dissolved in a mixture that contains from 0.5 to 5 parts in volume of absolute ethylic alcohol from 0.01 to 1 part of Benzoic acid and from 10 to 50 parts in volume of unsaturated polyglycolisade Glycerides. The invention refers to a solution containing Ciclosporine A for therapeutic use that possesses adequate absorption and is recommended for oral administration. Furthermore, the invention refers to the process for the fabrication of this solution.
