PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal even with an intricate design by visually confirming light from a plurality of light emitting faces thereby confirming the receiving state easily. SOLUTION: A portable pager receiver 20 housed in a housing comprising a panel-like front case 21 and a box type rear case 22 comprises a liquid crystal display section 23, an operating button 24, a switch 25, a speaker section 26, and the like, and a photoconductor, i.e., an LED lens 27, is set across the front, side and rear surfaces of the portable pager receiver 20. Three sides, i.e., the front, rear and one side faces, of the substantially rectangular prism LED lens 27 serve as light emitting faces 27a, 27b and 27c and a step 27d to be engaged with the front case 21 and rear case 22 is formed by making a cut in the ridge part of a side face opposite to the light emitting face 27a. When the LED lens 27 is fitted in the cut 28 and secured in place, the light can be confirmed visually from three faces or more and the receiving state can be confirmed easily. |
