PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent quality deterioration of received data after selective compositing during soft handover and to improve a transmission characteristic by making a compositing station divide deinterleaved information from each base station and selectively compositing information from plural base stations with a division unit as a selective compositing unit in every selective composite unit. SOLUTION: A 2nd deinterleaving part 23 performs deinterleaving processing of a receiving bit stream. Next, a Viterbi decoding part 24 performs error correction processing. A 1st deinterleaving part 25 performs deinterleaving processing of a decoded bit string. The bit string which has undergone deinterleaving processing is sent to a cable transmission path interface 26. A receiving quality that is measured by a receiving quality measuring part 27 is notified to a reliability information generating part 28, and reliability is generated based on receiving quality measurement result. Here, the reliability information is generated so that the better the reliability is, higher the reliability value is shown. The interface 26 generates a signal that multiplexes a transmission data bit stream and the reliability information.
