The study aid for a keyboard, e.g. of a musical instrument, typewriter or computer, consists of a dummy board in the form of a relatively rigid support of a magnetic material on which signs or markers can be placed. The signs or markers can be used to indicate the function of the keys and to show which fingers should be used to operate them, e.g. by being in different and contrasting colours.
