The hydrostatic transmission system comprises a motor (7) for each driving wheel (9), while a separate steerable implement is mounted in front or attached by a towbar. Adjustable steering valves (15,16) connected between a hydraulic pump (13) and the motors reduce the amount of fluid supplied to the inside wheel when rounding a curve.The valves are adjusted dependent on the amount of deflection of the steering tiller (22) or towbar from the lengthwise axis of the tractor.
