摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take a measurement by oneself while shortening the measuring time significantly. SOLUTION: A measuring section 11 comprises a pair of current electrodes 9A, 9B and a pair of voltage electrodes 10A, 10B touching each other while straddling the commutator segment of an electric rotating machine. The commutator segment is fed with a constant current from a current source through a current electrode at the measuring section 11. Current flowing between the commutator segments and the voltage between the commutator segments through the voltage electrode are detected and then the current and voltage values are judged and recorded. In such a measuring apparatus, the current and voltage electrodes 9A, 9B and 10A, 10B arranged at the measuring section 11 with a hemispherical metal conductor 22 being provided at the forward end thereof are supported movably in the circumferential direction of the commutator and an insulation roller 16 is provided, on the commutator side at the measuring section, movably on the circumference of the commutator while keeping a constant distance therefrom.
