PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to quickly notify crews of traffic information on the route that the crews want to know. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 10 specifies an on-road device that is arranged on a route, on which traffic information the crews want to acquire, and the information of the on-road device is sent to a terminal device (sharing an on-road device) 20 as route information. The terminal device 20 sends a sending request of traffic information to each on-road device 20, which is defined by the route information through a network N and receives a reply of traffic information from each on-road device. Then, the terminal device 20 transfers a bundle of received traffic information to the on-vehicle device 10, and the device 10 calculates a required time, etc., that is needed to go through the route based on the sent traffic information and offers it to crews. |
