PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange respective means such as plural image exposure means and developing means on the peripheral surface of a small-diameter photoreceptor drum and further to form a transfer material feeding system in a nearly perpendicular state. SOLUTION: By setting the center of the developing sleeve 131 (K) of a black developing device 13(K) to the position of a center angleθ1 being 85 deg. to 115 deg. in a clockwise direction with respect to the lower part of a horizontal line M-M passing the center of the photoreceptor drum 10 rotating clockwise and the center of the developing sleeve 131(Y) of a yellow developing device 13(Y) to the position of a center angleθD being 145 deg. to 180 deg. in a counterclockwise direction with respect to the developing device 13(K), a cleaning device 19 is arranged in a state where a drum peripheral surface on the left side of the developing device 13, especially, the developing device 13(Y), is largely opened. Furthermore, a toner image receiving body 14a is constituted to be perpendicular or at the inclination of <=40 deg. so as to smoothly and surely feed recording paper, transfer an image thereto and carry the paper to a fixing device.
