1. The method of trimerization, oligomerization and/or polymerization of olefines in the presence of a catalytic system, at the temperature of 0-250°C and under the pressure between 100 kPa and 17.35 MPa. Characterized in that: At least one olefine with particles containing 2-30 atoms of carbon is subjected to the process of polymerization, oligomerization or trimerization, in the liquid or gaseous phase or in the form of a suspension, in the presence of a catalytic system or a catalyst/catalyst system. The latter is a product of the reaction of a chromium source, a compound containing pyrrole and alkylmetal in a common solvent, preferably in the presence of a halide source, or a product of a reaction of a) chromium salt, b) pyrrole or substituted pyrrole, and c) a solvent, which functions as a donor of a pair of electrons, in the presence of a halide source. If need be, the reaction may cover a non-saturated hydrocarbon, especially ethylene, ethyl-benzene or toluene.
