PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To periodically wash a heat exchanger without detaching it, by providing a heat exchanger washing means on the heat exchanger of a fuel cell power generating device, for preheating the mixed gas of a raw fuel gas and steam, before the mixed gas is introduced into a fuel reformer, through the heat exchange with a fuel reforming gas from the fuel reformer. SOLUTION: A washing nozzle 31 is connected to a heat exchanger 12, and is provided on the vicinity of a port thereto a fuel reforming gas (supported having many deposits) is to be introduced, or on a fuel reforming gas supply system portion connected to the heat exchanger 12 on the upstream side of the heat exchanger 12; and steam, etc., is supplied from the washing nozzle 31 to remove a fuel gas reforming catalyst or an unpurity in the heat exchanger 12. Here, about material, blown off from the washing nozzle 31, steam, separated in a steam separator 21, can be supplied through a washing vapor supply system 32, or water or vapor can be supplied from outside the fuel cell power generating device. |
