The holding strips (14,30) are spaced apart over the surface of the base body (10). They are joined to one another by pliable connectors. At least one of the endface holding strips is linked to the basic body by at least one fixture which is pliable. The fixtures (32) and/or the connectors (36) are strip-shaped. The holding strips are joined to the basic body by at least two fixtures. The basic body has apertures (12) for accommodation of the fixtures and is formed as a holed plate.
