Perforated surfaces produce three-dimensional figure effects positioned one after the other and movable separately. On the front edge a figure effect and on the side edge a flowing effect apertains. The effect is rendered more apparent by a light source behind the grills. Two Plexiglas (RTM; polymethyl methacrylate) or metal grids are used (1,2) together with one of the same material (3) which is opal. Also incorporated are a shaft (4), a ball bearing (5), a support beam (6), a small motor (7), and a further beam (8).
