PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily perform the repeated boiling-up work of spaghetti in the same cooking hot water tub by providing a tank for salt water supply above a main body part for supplying salt water into the cooking hot water tub. SOLUTION: A pump 81 is operated and salt water is supplied from an extension salt water tank 8 into a tank 7 for salt water supply. A salt water supply cock 9 is opened and salt water is supplied from the tank 7 for salt water supply into a cooking hot water tub 31. A gas burner is ignited, salt water is heated, spaghetti is put into a boiling basket 2, and the boiling basket 2 is hung from the lifting rod of lift unit 17. The lift unit 17 is operated, the lifting rod is moved down, and the boiling basket 2 is immersed in hot water in the cooking hot water tub 31. After the lapse of time for boiling-up, the boiling basket 2 is pulled up from the cooking hot water tub 31. |
