<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a laminate in a short time without temperature difference during heating-up, by using a vulcanized rubber molded article with a laminate structure obtained by alternately stacking an unvulcanized rubber and a conductive metal plate to be heat molded by a magnetic induction heating. SOLUTION: A laminate 1 is an article which an inner plate 2 of a metal plate of an inductive material, connecting plates 4, 5 and a rubber 3 are stacked parallely. The both surfaces of the inner plate 2 are in contact with the rubber 3 and stacked with the rubber 3 alternately. The connecting plates 4, 5 are at both end surfaces of the laminate 1 and have a flange part as a fixing plate. And an induction coil 6 is wound spirally at an outer periphery of the laminate 1, and when an alternative current is passed from a frequency controller 7, an eddy current generates and heats in the vicinity of the outer periphery 2a of the inner plate 2. Further, as the inner plate 2 is a good heat conductor, and the rubber 3 is a good heat insulator, so the heat generation in the vicinity of 2a quickly transfers to the center part, and approximately equivalent state in generated to that of the whole heating of the inner plate 2.</p> |
