Also, in the case of storing the placing plate A, the tip of the placing plate A is moved upwards with the shaft fixing hole 5 as the rotary shaft, the lock of the rotation stopping projection part 7 is released and the placing plate A is rotated 90 degrees clockwise with the through-hole 3 with the step as the rotary shaft in the state.
