At this time, in the meantime between passes or after the final pass in the cold rolling, the iron loss of this steel sheet is measured in online, and by the measured result, by a feedback or a feedforward, the rolling conditions (one or more among the rolling rate, rolling pass schedule, coolant flow rate and coolant temp.) are controlled. In this way, the grain oriented silicon steel sheet remarkably improved in quality characteristics and the dispersion thereof can be obtd.
