PRODUCTION OF POLYOXYALKYLENEPOLYOL AND POLYMER DISPERSED POLYOL AND PRODUCTION OF FLEXIBLE POLYURETHANE FOAM BY USING THE POLYOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a polyoxyalkylenepolyol by which odoriferous volatile components can be removed economically at good efficiency from a polyoxyalkylenepolyol and a polymer-dispersed polyol and to obtain an odorless flexible polyurethane foam by using this polyol. SOLUTION: A polyoxyalkylenepolyol is purified by using at least one method selected among a method comprising introducing an inert gas into the liquid and/or into the vapor phase of a polyoxyalkylenepolyol under conditions including a temperature of 60-160 deg.C and diminished pressure, a method comprising using a film evaporator at a temperature of 60-160 deg.C and a method comprising bringing a polyoxyalkylenepolyol into contact with a molecular sieve and/or active carbon and removing the molecular sieve and/or the active carbon by filtration.
