PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ballpoint excellent in feeling in writing, ink outflow, ink easability, and safeness by filling a ballpoint with an ink contg a resin having a specified film-forming tem, or glass transition temperature pigment particles, and water. SOLUTION: A ballopoint is filled with an ink contg. a resin having a film- forming temp. or glass transition point of 0 deg.C or lower. The concn. of the resin in the ink is usually 2-50wt.% The resin is pref. one which can be used together with water in the form of a latex or emulsion; examples are a styrene-butadiene latex, an acrylonitrile-butadiene latex, a vinylpyridine polymer latex, a methyl methacrylate-butadiene latex, an acrylate latex, a polychloprorene latex, a poliysoprene latex, a butyl latex, a thiokol latex, a urethane latex, and a material rubber latex. |
