FLUOROPLASTIC FILM LAMINATED METAL STRIP AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroplastic film laminated metal strip exhibiting an extremely high adhesion between a metal belt and a fluoroplastic film even when exposed to a high-temperature and high-humidity environment. SOLUTION: A fluoroplastic film laminated metal belt having a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkylvynilether copolymer(PFA) film that is fusion bonded to the surface of a metal belt comprises: (a) a tetrafluoroethylene- hexafluoropropylene copolymer(FEP), (b) a polyestersulfone (PES), and (c) a pigment, the solid matter weight ratios of the above (a), (b) and (c) being in such relationships as (a):(b)=30 to 90:70 to 10 and (a)+(b)}:(c)=100:20 to 150, while the adhesion amount of the primer layer is 3 to 20g/m<2> .
