PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low hardness rubber composition, capable of decreasing oil bleeding especially at a low temperature regardless of the low hardness and useful for a paper feeding roller, etc., by formulating a specific low molecular material with a thermoplastic high molecular material. SOLUTION: This rubber composition with low hardness comprises (A) a rubber composition consisting essentially of (i) an oil extended rubber or a mixed rubber of the component (i) with (ii) a non-oil extended rubber, (B) a low molecular material and (C) a thermoplastic high molecular material. Further, the component B has <=5×10<5> cp viscosity at 100 deg.C, both of the differences between the solubility parameter values of the components B and C, and between the solubility parameter values of an extending oil of the component (i) and the component C are each <=3, and both the differences between the solubility parameter values of the component B and the rubber component of the component A, and between the solubility parameter values of the extending oil of the component (i) and the rubber component of the component A are each <=4. The formulating amount of the total of the component (B) and the extending oil of the component (i), and the formulating amount of the component C based on 100 pts.wt. component A are 10-200 pts.wt. and 2-40 pts.wt. respectively.
