<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect effectively a deodorizing plate layer while it is easily treated by a method wherein, as a deodorizing filter, the deodorizing filter with a frame composed of a frame body having an opening, a deodorizing plate layer which is stored in the frame body and ventilates from a front to a rear, and a filter medium which is in layers installed to the deodorizing plate layer is used. SOLUTION: A deodorizing filter with a frame has a frame body 1 wherein an opening through which air flows is provided, and it is made of synthetic resin material or the like. Ventilation is carried out through the holes passing from a front to a rear over all its surface, and a deodorizing plate layer 3 prepared in a platy shape with deodorant such as active carbon is stored in the frame body 1. When the deodorizing plate layer 3 is made of active carbon in this case, its side wall is preferably coated with a protective material 4 of nonwoven fabric, sponge, etc. Then, filter medium 5 of paper, nonwoven fabric, etc., is installed in layers to the deodorizing plate layer 3, and air is filtered by passing through the deodorizing plate layer 3 and the filter medium 5. Since both of the deodorizing plate layer 3 and the filter medium 5 are set to the frame body 1, the deodorizing filter with frame can simultaneously treat deodorizing and filtration.</p> |
