PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-viscosity seasoning liquid which reduces the rate of sticking and leaving on the inner wall of container and improves liquid drainage by containing specified quantity of respective emulsifier with low HLB value and edible oil. SOLUTION: The high-viscosity seasoning liquid having viscosity higher than 3000cps is provided by containing 0.01-0.03wt.% emulsifier having HLB value lower than 6.2, preferably, 0.05-0.2% and 2-20wt.% edilble oil of plant oil such as salad oil, rape-seed oil or soy oil, preferably, 5-15wt.%. This seasoning liquid is charged in a container formed from synthetic resin, of which inner surface is lipophilic. |
