PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a nozzle from protruding from a tube end without using a dummy tube and without measuring the length of a tube to be treated by providing a laser measuring instrument between the position of an opposite tube end reference side apart from a tube end position of reference side/an opposite side and the intermediate position in the axial length of the tube to be treated. SOLUTION: A laser length measuring instrument 5 is mounted to a horizontal skid rail 1b positioning at an intermediate part in the longitudinal direction of a receiving table 1 to load a tube to be treated. The laser length measuring instrument 5 emits a laser beam parallel to a V groove line L toward a left end side of the receiving table 1 and receives a reflection beam 6. A reflection plate 6 is fixed at a left end side of the receiving table 1. A nozzle is fed to the inside of the tube to be treated to conduct inner face cleaning. When the nozzle is protruded from tube end, high pressure water is scattered outside a tube to cut off the laser beam, the laser length measuring instrument 5 detects protrusion of the nozzle. A reel 4 stops feeding of the nozzle 4. |
