PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously producing milk fermented by latic acid bacteria. SOLUTION: The milk fermented by latic acid bacteria is produced by a 1st device, stirring or pH treatment is performed to the fermented milk so as not to separate liquid, pH is adjusted by continuously adding non-fermented milk to the 1st device and continuously sampling the fermented milk from the 1st device and, after the fermented milk sampled from the 1st device is cooled to a temperature lower than 15 deg.C, at a 2nd post-oxidizing device, post- oxidizing processing is performed. Then, the resident time of fermented milk in the 2nd device is adjusted so that the pH of fermented milk at an outlet can be less than 4.7 and the fermented milk having pH less than 4.7 is continuously sampled from the 2nd device. |
