<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow molding member for reducing the adverse effect such as heat deterioration on a border layer. SOLUTION: A flow molding member used for a polymer molten material is provided with an inflow section 1, an outflow section 2, a tubular passage 3 connecting the inflow section 1 with the outflow section 2 and a rod 4 disposed along the axis of the tubular passage 3. Preferably at least two static mixing elements 10 and 20 or more are disposed on the upper and lower parts. Holes 5 for housing the rod 4 are formed on the elements 10 and 20. A firm connecting section 6 is provided between the rod 4 and the elements 10 and 20. A small clearance 31 is formed between the elements 10 and 20 and a passage wall 30, by which the alternation of the position of the rod 4 in the passage 3 or the insertion into the passage 3 are allowed.</p> |
