<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform extrusion with substantially uniform thickness and obtain an excellent appearance by measuring resin pressure of thermoplastic resin within the mold, varying a speed of a core material passing through the mold in accordance with the resin presser, and controlling resin pressure substantially constant. SOLUTION: Molten thermoplastic resin 31 is adhered around core material 3 within the mold 2 in order to extrude a composite material 32. In this instance, resin pressure of thermoplastic resin is measured within the mold 2 by resin presser measuring means 4, and thereafter measured results are transmitted to a control unit 6. When the pressure exceeds the upper limit, an pulling speed of an pulling device 5 is made high, and when exceeds the lower limit, an undertaking speed of the puling device 5 is made low contrarily. In this way, resin pressure becomes low at the recess if the core material 3 passing through the mold 2 has unevenness with result that resin 3 lows in its speed and a rate of resin adds to in adhering to the core material 3. On the contrary, the core material 3 is hastened in its sped at the protrusion, and a rate of resin is decreased in adhering to the core material 3, resulting in an extrusion of a composite material 32 having a substantially uniform thickness.</p> |
