<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent delamination from generating, and improve the wear- resistance, the flexibility and dynamic properties, etc., by a method wherein a two layer structure of a thermoplastic polyurethane expanded body layer and a thermoplastic elastomer non-porous layer, is formed, and before the thermoplastic polyurethane expanded body layer is hardened, a fiber base material is laminated on the expanded body layer side. SOLUTION: An expanding polyurethane composition of which the major component is thermoplastic polyurethane and a thermoplastic elastomer are co-extruded to form a two layer structure, and before the hardening of the thermoplastic polyurethane expanded body layer, a fiber base material is laminated on the thermoplastic polyurethane expanded body layer side, and a layer structure of a thermoplastic elastomer non-porous layer/thermoplastic polyurethane expanded body layer/fiber base material layer. That is, the thermoplastic elastomer and the expanding polyurethane composition are respectively molten and kneaded by extruders 2, 3, and are fed to a die 1 for co-extrusion, and the two layer structure of the thermoplastic elastomer non-porous layer A and the polyurethane expanded body layer B, is formed, and before hardening, the fiber base material C is fed, and pressed by a roll 4 and a back roll 5.</p> |
