<p>The tube comprises a central ultra-violet or heat radiation emitter around which is an annular space. The product flows alont the latter and is externally limited by a tube concentric to the unit. This tube's internal wall reflects inwards the radiations from the central emitter. Speci., the emitter is an infra-red or ultra-violet radiation source, comprises an electric resistance and is heated by steam.
