PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film having an excellent mechanical strength such as dart impact strength while keeping various characteristics such as transparency and surface smoothness of the film. SOLUTION: This packaging film made of an ethylenic resin is composed of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having a density of 0.918-0.935g/cm and a melt-flow rate(MFR) of 0.05-1.0g/10min under a load of 2.16kg at 190 deg.C and satisfying the relationships of W<80×exp(-1.00(d-0.88))+0.1 (W is fraction of component soluble in decane at room temperature; (d) is density), FI >75×MFR (FI is fluidity index defined by the shear rate of the molten polymer under a shear stress of 2.4×10<6> dyne/cm<2> at 190 deg.C and MT>2.2×MFR<-0.84> (MT is melt tension at 190 deg.C). |
