PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate each terminal part formed by the cut-out part of a padding material for the air bag built-in seat for side collision, also prevent the outbreak of the difference in level, prevent the hardened portion of the padding material and the irregular shape of the padding material from appearing as the wrinkles of a skin material, and concurrently improve its appearance. SOLUTION: An air bag module 13 is fixedly attached to the side part of a side frame 3. A recessed part 20 is formed inside of a padding material 5 of the portion in which the air bag module 13 is housed. Each intermittent slit 22 is formed in the padding material 5 positioned in the direction that an air bag main body 17 is swelled out of the recessed part 20 of the padding material 5. Each intermittent slit 22 of the padding material 5 is formed roughly into a U shape while the rear end side of side pad material 5c is being left behind. |
