PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the soybean curd pack processing instrument which easily improve the efficiency of processes such as heating, cooling, cold storage, and conveyance and reduce the size of facilities by putting soybean curd packs together in an extremely small space. SOLUTION: A water running box 10 which is deeper than soybean curd packs 12 are tall and has many water running holes 14a and 14b bored in the flanks and bottom surface as a box which is large enough to array many soybean curd packs 12 and has an open top surface to enable multiple stacking and an external frame which makes it possible to suspend or convey water running boxes 10 stacked in stages together are combined with each other. Many soybean curd packs 12 can be put together within extremely small capacity, the efficiency of heat sterilization, cooling, cold storage, conveyance, etc., can be increased to enable large-quantity processes, and heat sterilizing and cooling devices and a cold storage device can be made small-sized. |
