PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an injection molding device for carrying out the assembly work of both mold elements even in the case a set temperature difference is given between both mold elements. SOLUTION: A first temperature control means 15 is attached on a first mold element 2, and a second temperature control means 18 is attached on a second mold element 5, and a third temperature control means 20 is attached on a ram 4 respectively. A set temperature difference is given between both mold elements 2 and 5 by controlling the temperature of respective temperature control means 15, 18 and 20, while the temperature of the base 1 is set almost equal to the temperature of the ram 4. Thereby the thermal expansion amounts of the base 1 and the ram 4 are set equal, and the aligned state of respective guide pins 9, 9 with respective guide pushes 10, 10 is maintained. |
