PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an apparatus with good wear resistance capable of coping with the increase of lateral pressure accompanying an enhancement of the cylinder device by giving the lining of specific metal alloy material on the cylinder inner surface and screw flight crest. SOLUTION: Lined on the inner surface of a cylinder 1 is a Co base alloy consisting of 2.8wt.% or lower of C, 32wt.% or lower of Cr, 4wt.% or lower of B, 4wt.% or lower of Si, 4.5wt.% or lower of Fe, 2.8wt.% or lower of Ni, 1.5wt.% or lower of Mo, 4-16wt.% W. and the residue of Co. In conjunction with this, lined on the flight apex of a screw 2 is an Ni group alloy consisting of 0.4-1.0wt.% of C, 11-26wt.% of Cr, 2-4wt.% of B, 3-5wt.% of Si, 5wt.% or lower of Fe, 3wt.% or lower of Cu, 6wt.% of Mo, 18wt.% or lower of W, and the residue of Ni, thereby forming hard layers 4 respectively by each lining. |
