PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve positive formalization according to information to be printed by preheating print plates or print materials at critical temperature or the temperature below the process temperature, and preheating finally at the temperature above critical temperature or the process temperature in accordance with a predetermined temperature progress in an image point formation. SOLUTION: All print plates or print bodies are preheated by a heater from the print plate or plate body temperature TP to the intermediate temperature TZ being below the critical or process temperature TG. When the depicting head is moved on the surface of the print plate or plate body, the print plate is heated starting from the intermediate temperature TZ at the temperature above the critical or process temperature TG over a predetermined time goneΔt. A laser beam has no need of functioning all heating value for heating from the print plate or plate body temperature TP to the temperature above the print plate or plate body temperature TG, and requires only a temperature rise from the intermediate temperature TZ to the temperature being above the critical or process temperature TG over the predetermined time zoneΔt.
