PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the planting of trees on a slope face of soil that hardly fixes the trees. SOLUTION: Earth is stored in a sandbag 1 where plural partition chambers 2 provided with a window 3 communicated with the outside are sequentially connected to each other in the direction of full length, tress T are planted in the partition chambers 2 from the respective windows 3, and the sandbag 1 where planting is completed is arranged with the trunk part of a tree exposed from each window 3 on a slope G. By fixing the 1 to the slope G, the trees are grown, taking the sandbag 1 as soil bed, and after that, the root of the tree which breaks through the sandbag 1 to grow up is implanted.
