PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information such as position and number in the case of existing a fault part at a film-like material drawn at a high speed by inspecting a fault position of the material and establishing the fault position from an extracted fault part position and reference position. SOLUTION: A printed state is inspected by an inspecting extracting unit 22. In the case of existing a fault print, a fault position is extracted, and information of the position is sent to a CPU 24. The CPU 24 calculates a distance of the position of the fault to a reference position, and establishes the fault position to the reference position. Further, after a printing step is finished, the relationship between first inspection starting and ending positions and the fault position is established from the first and second starting and ending positions. For example, if the one fault position exists at 530m from the reference position and 10m is existed as the ending loss, a distance between the fault position and the first ending position becomes 490m. |
