PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regenerate a catalyst without stopping an incinerator. SOLUTION: This catalyst regenerating method is to regenerate a catalyst with which a catalyst tower 20 is filled and which is used for decomposing NOx and organic halogen compounds contained in a flue gas supplied from an incinerator to the catalyst tower 20 and the inside of the catalyst tower 20 is divided into two or more chambers 25-28 and, while the catalyst in one chamber being regenerated, the flue gas is led to the remaining chambers to decompose NOx and organic halogen compounds contained in the flue gas. |
