PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely move a patient's body toward his/her head direction, regarding the body moved in a direction toward the feet, by applying the constitution that the end of a sheet spread on a bed is attached to a takeup shaft, and a handle is turned for winding the sheet around the takeup shaft. SOLUTION: The end of a bed floor 5 having a reclining function is provided with a takeup shaft 1 having a rough emery cloth bonded for preventing the slip of a sheet 4, and both sides of the takeup shaft 1 are held on bearings 2 fixed to the end of the floor 5. Also, a handle 3 is attached to the end of the takeup shaft 1. For attaching the sheet 4 to the takeup shaft 1, the end of the sheet 4 is wound around the shaft 1 by one or two turns. For use, the handle 3 is turned and the sheet 4 is firmly wound around the takeup shaft 1, with a patient placed on the sheet 4. As a result, the body of the patient unable to move by his/her efforts on the bed, when shifted in a direction toward his/her feet, can be easily moved to an original position without giving any pain to him/her. |
