<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid-liquid mixture capable of decreasing excess sludge, reducing existing inert sludge by subjecting the existing inert sludge to activation decomposition, controlling sludge amount to make sludge uniform and clarifying waste water by increasing a dissolved oxygen in an aerator, promoting decomposition of an organic material and decreasing generated sludge. SOLUTION: Water is added to a mixture comprising 1-50wt.% sepiolite or igneous rock, 0.5-65wt.% citric acid, 0.5-5wt.% zeolite and 0.5-5wt.% zeolite powder to afford 100% composition and the composition is heated to extract an active ion or water is added to a mixture comprising 1-50wt.% sepiolite or igneous rock, 0.5-65wt.% organic acid containing carboxyl group excluding an aromatic, 1-25wt.% zeolite and 0.5-5wt.% zeolite powder to afford 100% composition and the composition is heated to extract an active ion.</p> |
