PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sole having excellent lightweightness and durability and a process for producing the same. SOLUTION: The laminated sole is formed by laminating a base sponge 1A consisting of a foamed resin and a bottom surface part 2A consisting of non-foamable rubber and/or resin and intruding the rubber or resin of the bottom surface part 2A into the recessed parts of the foamed resin. In such a case, the essential component of the polymer of the base sponge 1A is a thermoplastic resin and the essential components of the base sponge 1A and the polymer of the bottom surface part 2A are set at the materials which are the same as each other or have good affinity. At least part between the bottom surface part 2A and the base sponge 1A is crosslinked and joined by a crosslinking agent 2 added to the bottom surface part 2A.
