<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quenching apparatus of a cylindrical bottomed work without remaining as the uncooling state, in the case of applying the quenching to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical bottomed work. SOLUTION: The quenching apparatus of the cylindrical bottomed work is provided with a heating coil 100 for heating the inner peripheral surface W2 of the cylindrical bottomed work W by inserting the opening hole part W1 of the cylindrical bottomed work W, a shifting mechanism for relatively shifting the heating coil 100 and the cylindrical bottomed work W and a cooling mechanism 200 for supplying cooling liquid L cooling the heated inner peripheral surface W2 with the heating coil 100. In such a case, the cooling mechanism 200 is provided with an opening/closing means 210 for opening/closing the opening hole part W1 of the cylindrical bottomed work and a supplying means 220 for supplying the cooling liquid L in the inside space W3 of the cylindrical bottomed work W closed with this opening/closing means 210.</p> |
