PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate decrease of ink releasability even in the case of repeating printing by obtaining a coating film of a printing intaglio by coating a surface of a glass board with modified silicone oil having a side chain and hydroxyl group at an end and heating it. SOLUTION: A surface of a glass board 1 made of soda lime glass formed with a recess part 2 made of a stripe pattern having a depth of 4μm and a line width of 50μm on a surface is coated with silicone oil having side chain and hydroxyl group at an end by a dip coating method. Thereafter, the board 1 is heated at 290 deg.C for 0.5 hour to manufacture a printing intaglio having a coating film 3 of about 0.5μm with substantially uniform thickness even on any of a surface 10 of the board 1 or inner surface of the part 2. Thus, even if printing is repeated, excellent transferability of ink can be maintained.
