Then, the inside of the vacuum tank is evacuated to 1.0×10<-5> Torr, Ti is evaporated, O2 gas is introduced to 4.0×10<-4> Torr, ion plating is executed with the conditions of an ionized voltage 30V and an ionized current 25A and a blue coating is formed. It is combined with a gold immaculate component and a necklace is formed.
