PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously mark the same characters on two surfaces by using two servo motors. SOLUTION: An X-axis threaded bar 2 disposed in an X-axial direction to rotate by an X-axis driving motor 3 is provided, and an X-axis moving part 5 is moved by an engaged nut 4 in the X-axial direction. A spline shaft 6 disposed in the X-axial direction to rotate by an X-axis driving motor 7 is provided, and a pinion 8 of a gear train on an outer surface engaged with an inner surface of the shaft 6 is provided. The part 5 supports the pinion 8 to be rotatable and movable integrally in the X-axial direction. A Y-axis moving bar 10 engaged with the pinion 8 via a rack and having an X-Y plane marking nozzle 13 at its end to move in a Y-axial direction is provided at the part 5. Further, a Z-axis moving bar 14 engaged with the pinion 8 by a rack to move in a Z-axial direction and having an X-Z plane marking nozzle 17 at its end is provided at the part 5. |
