PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive and distribute the weight of a packed article and the impact from the outside by press-adhering a foamed body to be manufactured of the same raw material with the adhesive between a plurality of sheet-like foamed bodies to be manufactured of the raw material mainly consisting of the food material or the by-product in food manufacture. SOLUTION: A spherical foamed body 2 which is the foamed body manufactured from the same raw material is held between two sheet-like foamed bodies 1a and 1b manufactured of the raw material mainly consisting of the food material or the by-product in the food manufacture, and press-adhered through the adhesive to obtain a foamed plate body 5. The sheet-like foamed bodies 1a and 1b, and the spherical foamed body 2 are manufactured by kneading the raw material mainly consisting of the food material or the by-product in food manufacture by an extruding machine, and extruding the kneaded raw material by a die fitted to a tip of the extruding machine with the steam foaming. The food material includes the bean-curd refuse, wheat bran, coffee refuse, beer refuse, and oil cake. |
