PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip-type parts holding apparatus which causes no deformation of chip-type parts held therein nor malfunctions such as cracks or fractures. SOLUTION: A plurality of beltlike chip-type parts holding hoops 14 positioned between lines at both ends in the breadthwise direction for holding chip-type parts 15 arranged in two or more lines and a plurality of beltlike spacer tapes 11 for flanking each of the chip-type parts holding hoops 14 from both sides are provided, and first embossment forming parts 12a and 12b are provided at lines on both ends in the breadthwise direction of each of the spacer tapes 11 while second embossment forming parts 13 are provided in one or more lines between each of the first embossment forming parts 12a and 12b at the lines on both ends.
