PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform such treatment as extracting a needed amount of required tissue such as an affected area by a first forceps, gripping internal tissue, an organ and the like by a second forceps, which is drawn into the side of an insertion shaft, and to minimize the diameter of the insertion shaft for inserting a transmission member for performing an operation to open and close the first forceps and to move, open and close the second forceps. SOLUTION: In order to open and close large gripping claws 4, 4 of a first forceps 1, a slider 9 is connected to a front end ring 3 of an insertion shaft 2, and in order to move a second forceps 20 in the axial direction, a slide cylinder 22 is provided inside a slider 9. Further, in order to open and close small gripping claws 21, 21 of the second forceps, an operation rod 26 is provided inside the slide cylinder 22. The slider 9, the slide cylinder 22 and the operation rod 26 are provided coaxially, and first through third operation wires 10, 28, 29 are disposed to differ their positions in a section normal to the axis of the insertion shaft 2. |
