PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a difference in level of the floor surface by burying a stiffner in plural grooves formed on one side of a thick heat insulating plate with the upper half part thereof exposed over the surface of the thick heat insulating plate, and forming a heat radiating plate between the adjacent stiffner to be flush with the surface of the top of the ledge. SOLUTION: A stiffner 2 is buried in a groove formed on one surface of a thick heat insulating plate 1 with the upper half part thereof exposed, and a heat radiating plate 5 comprising a thin heat insulating plate 3 and aluminium foil 9 is arranged between the stiffner 2. A heat medium tube 4 made of crosslinking polyethylene is buried in a groove formed on the surface of the thin heat insulating plate 3, and the stiffner 2 exposed over the thick heat insulating plate 1 is inserted in a notch provided in the thin heat insulating plate 3 to make the height of the stiffner 2 and the thickness of the thin heat insulating plate of the equal size. In the case of laying a floor which can be heated, mortar base 7 is arranged on a slab surface 6, the heat insulating plate 1 where the stiffner 2 is exposed is placed on the mortar base 7, and a wooden plywood 10 is fixed thereto. Accordingly, the work for constructing the heated floor can be simplified. |
