PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a resin molded product of good outer appearance having mirror faces, drawn faces and the like under the comparatively low pressure without using a large device resistant to high pressure. SOLUTION: A molding die for molding by pressing resin into a molding face is provided with an induction pipe 51 for introducing temperature regulated gas into a cavity space 30 facing the molding face, a surface layer section 60 of good transfer properties having the surface with a number of vent holes of respective diameters in the range of 10μm-300μm and functioning as a molding face and an exhaust pipe 52 for exhausting the temperature regulated gas through a number of vent holes.
